Ticket & booth policy

Binding registration · postponement instead of cancellation.

Important booking notes

Purchasing a visitor ticket or booking an exhibitor booth constitutes a binding registration. Cancellations are not possible. The event can only be postponed, not cancelled.

In the case of postponement, all tickets and booth bookings remain fully valid and are automatically transferred to the new date. In case of multiple postponements, they remain valid for the most recent date.

Exhibitors can also postpone their participation, with bookings remaining valid for any newly scheduled date.
